Return Order

A return can only be requested after the product has been delivered to you.

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days. After 7 days have passed since the purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please follow these steps to raise a return request.

1. Click on the link ‘Return Request‘.
2. Fill the order id and submit.
3. Click on Request for return button.
4. Enter OTP and Submit.
5. Again click on Request for return button.
6. Fill all the required details and submit it.

Your return request will be processed once all quality checks have been passed.
